Cancellation Policy

I’m committed to giving you the best care that I can, that means I don’t double book and I keep a small waitlist. Your time slot is set aside just for you, if you don’t provide adequate notice, that is a lost opportunity for another. I ask that you give a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.

If less than 48 hours is given or for no-shows, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

I understand life happens and valid emergencies are the exception to this policy.

Financial Policy

Payment is required at the time of service (TOS). Treatment and services rendered are nonrefundable. I accept major credit cards, cash, check and FLEX/HSA cards.

At this time, I am not in network with any insurance companies. I will happily provide a superbill to assist you in getting reimbursed as your insurance allows, however I will not respond to requests from insurance companies or fill out additional forms. Superbills are generated once a month.
